A photo pack or Pro Studio?
Choose a one-time photo pack for a particular shoot. It never renews and does not create a Pro membership. Pro Studio is a separate monthly membership for returning to your references, creative direction, and saved recipes. What is in a one-time pack?
First Look $9.99 — 1 look, 3 images; Plus $29.99 — 5 looks, 15 images; Signature $49.99 — 8 looks, 24 images; Portfolio $99.99 — 16 looks, 48 images. A look is one setting, outfit, and photographic direction, delivered as three images. Every pack uses the same quality checks; a larger pack buys more looks.
What happens after I pay?
Your phone guides you through the reference capture, or you can upload 4–8 clear photos you already have. Give your shoot a direction, or use our starting suggestion. First Look is usually ready in about 3 to 5 minutes after your references are in; larger packs take longer, with their estimated time shown before payment.
What if my pack photos are not right?
Unscored images and frames below 85/100 are withheld from download; weak frames can be regenerated up to 2 times. Ask for a full refund within 7 days of delivery, even after downloading. We process the request within 2 business days; your bank may take longer to show it. Pack refund policy
How do Pro photo credits work?
Includes 60 accepted photos and up to 120 generation attempts per billing month. Each accepted photo uses one credit. Rejected images use an attempt but no photo credit. No automatic overage charges. Unused allowances do not roll over. Contact support if the processing allowance is exhausted before your photos pass review. Using all 60 credits within 120 attempts requires at least 50% of attempts to pass review; the allowance is not a guarantee of that many accepted photos.
Are my references private?
Your references are used for your authorised shoot. For one-time packs, they are deleted within 24 hours after terminal delivery or refund processing. Your private gallery is available for 30 days after delivery, so download the images you want to keep. Privacy and deletion
Can I use my pack photos commercially?
Yes. Delivered pack images include a commercial-use license, subject to the third-party-rights and prohibited-use terms accepted before payment. You must be an adult with permission to use every reference and the depicted person’s likeness. Read the terms
Are the photographs customer testimonials?
The photographs are labelled AI demonstrations made with permission. They show photographic possibilities; they are not testimonials, endorsements, or a promise that your shoot will produce an identical result.
