Four ways a frame can fail.

01Identity geometryFacial structure, proportions, and the relationships between features are compared against your references. A flattering stranger is a failure, not a result.
02Skin & hair truthTexture has to stay photographic: real pores, real strands, your actual tone. Plastic smoothing, waxy highlights, and invented hairlines are rejected.
03Expression rangeThe frame has to read as an expression you could make — not a frozen template face pasted into a scene. Range is judged across the pack, not one lucky frame.
04Artifact scanAnatomy, hands, eyes, teeth, text, logos, and edges are scanned for generation artifacts. One malformed detail disqualifies the frame, whatever the rest looks like.

What we publish

Two real receipts. No invented pass rates.

We publish no customer statistics, because we will not invent numbers before enough real customer shoots exist to report them honestly. What we can show is our own dogfood: the founders-cast imagery on the landing page went through this exact Quality Gate on August 28, 2026 — 32 of 36 generated candidates were rejected and discarded, and the 4 frames that shipped scored 88–96% against the 85% threshold. A second run the same day (rounds 6–7) generated 24 more candidates, of which 7 passed the Quality Gate and 5 shipped.
