These are the only shoots a new customer can buy. Prices are in USD and charged once at checkout. Each look is delivered as 3 selects of that same look, with no outfit change inside a look, and every promise below applies to each size identically.

02 / Service

What Promptography promises.

Delivery is immediateYour shoot starts the moment your selfies are in and finishes while you wait — about 3 to 5 minutes for a First Look, longer for a bigger shoot, quoted at checkout before you pay. An incomplete, unscored, or below-threshold set is not delivery, and an order that never delivers is refunded in full.

4 to 8 authorized referencesYou provide 4–8 recent photographs of one adult. You must own them or have permission from every depicted person.

Every delivered image passes the same barEach delivered image must score at least 85/100 against your own references. We may regenerate a weak slot up to 2 times. We do not deliver an unscored or below-threshold substitute, at any size.

Refund instead of a quality missIf the images your shoot size includes cannot all pass, Promptography refunds the order and deletes its media rather than silently lowering the quality bar.

7-day customer refundYou may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days after delivery, including after downloading the images. We process the request within 2 business days, back to the method you paid with.

03 / Rights

Your references stay yours. Your delivery is usable.

You retain your rights in the reference photographs and direction you provide. After payment, Promptography grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive commercial-use license to the delivered images, including use in profiles, websites, advertising, publications, and client work. This license does not transfer Promptography software, models, prompts, or third-party rights, and it does not permit unlawful impersonation, fraud, non-consensual sexual imagery, public-figure deception, or identity documents.

The images are generated, not documentary proof of a real event. You are responsible for using them lawfully and for making any disclosure required by the platform, client, or jurisdiction where you publish them.

04 / Payment and delivery

A payment is not a delivery receipt.

PayPal processes the one-time charge. Card numbers do not pass through Promptography servers. Authorization, capture, generation, quality review, delivery, refund, and deletion are separate recorded states. A captured payment must end in a complete delivery or an idempotent refund; a browser message alone is not proof of either.
